Our founder and lead consultant Victoria Setzer brings over 15 years of experience working in the aviation industry—everywhere from regional to legacy carriers—in addition to maintaining relationships with people working in the hiring and training departments at multiple legacy carriers. 

 

Coupled with her extensive experience in the industry, Victoria’s degree in business marketing offers unique and valuable insight prospective pilots can use to market themselves throughout the interview process. 

 

Clients will find Victoria’s approach professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and approachable. 

 

Whatever your needs or concerns, Victoria can help you hone your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and inspire confidence as you progress to each new stage of the interview process.

Private consultation with Victoria - Share your story and familiarize yourself with the basics of the interview process so you know exactly what to expect. Formulate a plan for marketing yourself based on your strengths and experience.

Step 2:

Interview Preparation – Participate in multiple mock interviews with Victoria, featuring real-time feedback and tailored coaching. Significant focus is placed on crafting a strong “Tell Me About Yourself,” because first impressions matter. You will develop at least two well-structured stories in each catagory for common “Tell me about a time when…” interview questions and finally, refine a compelling answer to why you want to work for your chosen airline.
